These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reversi mobile application for iOS (the "App"), operated by Arcforge Digital Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You may sign in with your Apple ID or continue as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
The App offers optional premium subscriptions ("Premium") that remove advertisements and unlock additional features. Subscription options and pricing are displayed in the App before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on your selected plan) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
If a free trial is offered, it is available to new subscribers only. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed rate.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. For billing questions or refund requests, contact Apple Support.

We employ automated anti-cheat detection. Violations may result in warnings, rating adjustments, temporary suspensions, or permanent account bans at our sole discretion. Decisions regarding sanctions are final.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, sounds, and content, is owned by Arcforge Digital Labs LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "Reversi" refers to the classic public-domain board game. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App allows you to select a display name. You are responsible for ensuring your display name does not infringe on any third-party rights or contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to modify or reset display names that violate these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCFORGE DIGITAL LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arcforge Digital Labs LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms or the Fair Play Policy. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are between you and Arcforge Digital Labs LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
